fantastic stay!
clean room breakfast options friendly staff
i found the room to be very clean upon arrival. the breakfast included various food options that i enjoyed. the front desk staff were always friendly and ready to help with any questions i had!
the elevator wait times could be long during peak hours, so i had to plan accordingly.

the hotel is conveniently near two metro stations and close to attractions. it made getting around the city easy. i did like this location very much and would love to be back here again.

The hotel had a reasonably well-stocked kitchen. It included enough items to cook and eat meals. The location was satisfactory. Staff members were generally helpful .
The breakfast options were not excellent. There were no hot items available. The parking garage was quite small. It could pose challenges for larger vehicles. I noticed noise from the air conditioning unit in the room, it was distracting.

surprisingly spacious and well-equipped!

the front desk team was really helpful. i found out laundry machines were available, costing only $3 per load. this was great when i tripped on a sidewalk and landed in a muddy puddle. the continental breakfast was better than i expected, a real bonus.
the elevators are pretty tiny. everyone seems to cram into them at all hours.

the location is central, very close to major attractions. mcgill university is a short walk away. this means there are plenty of bars and eateries nearby, mainly frequented by college students.

i really appreciated the complimentary breakfast. it included a good selection of items like bread, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juices. it was quite adequate for a quick and convenient start to the day.

the reception staff was bilingual and friendly. they kindly upgraded me to a suite. i also heard them offer the same upgrade to the next guest, indicating they had suites available.

useful kitchenette important fridge grumpy receptionists free breakfast
i found a kitchenette with cups, plates, and utensils. A fridge was of great importance since we needed to put our drinks and fruit we had bought. it was nice to have that.
The receptionists seemed unhelpful and grumpy. breakfast was a CARNAGE. They should not offer it for free.

The breakfast was a letdown. I found the selection limited and the quality questionable. The coffee tasted weak, and the pastries seemed stale.. It could benefit from a significant upgrade. The elevators were also slow, resulting in frequent waits, especially during peak hours. This sometimes added unnecessary delays to my schedule.
